These games may not function on iPads or iPod Touch devices. Check back in the future; I will continue to add new resources as I find them. If you want to recommend something to me, please let me know. Students can use the Message Mr. Moss page to submit ideas.
- Math Magician: Made by the Oswego, NY school district, this fun challenge should be familiar to most students who attended PGS last year.
- Multiplication.com: Lots of fun interactive games to quiz kids with their multiplication facts. Enough of a variety to keep kids from getting bored!
- Brainormous: Lots of neat math fact games, especially Multiflier (which is complicated enough to require strategy and planning, along with math fact knowledge). Beware of (kid-friendly) advertisements.
- Arcademic Skill Builders: Several arcade-style games for kids to practice all sorts of math facts (and other skills too!) Parents beware: There is the option for kids to play multiplayer versions of the games, so you may want to supervise.
- Cool Math Games (Addition and Subtraction)
: I really like the “Math Lines” game as a fun practice for kids!
- Addition Games: Some tie into our Singapore Math activities!
It’s easy to find other math fact practice games! (I found most of these just by searching Google for “multiplication practice.”) If you come across other games that you want to share, drop me a line and I’ll be sure to share them with everyone!

An interactive tool that illustrate multiplying in parts using the area model. Choose the “common” option for multiplying in parts.
Interactive Pan BalanceEach of the four shapes is assigned a certain weight. Place shapes on either side of the pan balance and figure out their relationships.
This slide rule is meant for 3rd and 4th graders (or beginners), and you can use it to multiply or divide smalle numbers.
This online tool lets you illustrate and/or practice multi-digit multiplication using the standard algorithm, partial products algorithm, or the lattice method.
